ART AS A TANGIBLE ASSET
ART

What prompted us to include this segment of real assets in our portfolio?
Firstly, it is one of the oldest tangible assets in the history of mankind, and secondly, it is not just a means to an end. Art is a very emotional asset that gives an investor daily pleasure without showing signs of wear, as is the case with jewelry and watches. There are also no maintenance costs, as is the case with real estate, classic cars or boats.
Another reason is that the purchase of a work of art establishes direct ownership and, in contrast to real estate, it is rather anonymous; it leaves no trace of the owner after its acquisition and cannot be subject to further taxes.
Objects of art are often unique and, as we know, rarity is the measure of value and predictability of an increasing value.
Art is therefore the exact opposite of the usual and propagated investments.

Art is available for almost every budget, and by considering a few key parameters, even a more affordable artwork can be a rewarding entry into an extraordinary investment.
Through collaborations with galleries, we offer our clients a selection of artists who, by meeting the essential parameters, simplify the process of finding an individually interesting and budget-friendly art piece. Our motivation: to make the dream of owning a piece of art and perhaps a long-held wish possible.
All artworks with us are physically present and can be delivered upon request or stored in art-appropriate facilities, including duty-free warehouses, and are exclusively owned by our clients.
If you have any inquiries about the artworks, you can contact us directly. The images and styles reflect the works we carry.

PAINTING
UNIQUE ART OBJECTS
Unique items offer an unparalleled form of investment. Their uniqueness makes them desirable and ensures their value over time. As individual expressions of artists, they possess not only financial but also cultural and historical value.
In financial markets, they serve as indicators of the state of the art market and, with targeted selection, provide a means for portfolio diversification. In short, unique works by artists represent a worthwhile investment that promises long-term returns and cultural enrichment.
Historically, artworks have often proven to be valuable assets, appreciating in value over time while also protecting against the effects of currency devaluation and inflation.

SCULPTURES
THREE-DIMENSIONALITY FOR YOUR PORTFOLIO
Sculptures appear on the market, depending on the artist and craftsmanship, both as unique pieces and as editions with a limited run. Depending on the form chosen by the artist, these are more comparable to unique images or limited graphics on the market.
Sculptures limited to a few copies offer, much like graphics and editions, the advantage of higher price transparency and comparability to unique pieces.
Due to their material composition and distinct physical form, sculptures are often easier to evaluate and compare. Since they are typically cast or modeled in a fixed edition, their prices can be more easily tracked and analyzed.
This contributes to market transparency and makes it easier for collectors and investors to make informed decisions and better assess the value of a sculpture.
ART AS INVESTMENT
The reasons for art investments often have a strong economic aspect, in addition to the love for art or its decorative component. Many investors view art as a serious asset class capable of generating attractive returns while diversifying their portfolios.
Some investors specifically speculate on the potential appreciation of artworks, especially those by renowned artists or those with historical and cultural significance. Their goal is to acquire artworks at a favorable price and sell them later for a profit. This should be seen as a medium- to long-term investment. The approach is similar to trading other assets such as precious metals, gemstones, etc.
Furthermore, art investments in some countries also offer tax advantages. The gifting and inheritance of art is also of interest to many collectors.
